Form submissions

By default this static website does not store or transmit form data to DurbanWork. The website owner must configure a business email or external form service in assets/config.js. Email-mode submissions open your own email application and are only sent if you choose to send them.

If an external form service is configured, that provider may process the information and attachments you submit. The site owner must review the provider's terms, configure access controls, publish accurate business-specific privacy terms and update this page before collecting real applicant information.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information or identity documents through these forms.
